Billing and upgrades
Most users start free and never upgrade. The cases where you would are listed below.
When to upgrade
- You ask Lumin questions every day, not occasionally.
- You are running comparisons across multiple charts.
- You want OAuth-secured access on a shared device.
- You are building a tool of your own that calls Lumin programmatically.
How to upgrade
Sign in at app.lumin.guru and visit the Usage page. Upgrade and downgrade are immediate. Daily limits change at the next call, not at the next day.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancel any time from the Usage page. The current period continues to the end of its cycle, then the account drops to Free. Pro-rata refunds are available for the first seven days after a paid cycle starts. Email contact@lumin.guru.
