Tharindu, 29, a nurse, has wanted to move abroad since graduating. Two agency attempts fell through and the family reads that as a sign. He set his birth profile, then asked this.

The answer, condensed
The promise is real but specific. Your chart signifies 3, 9, and 12 together, the full leaving-journey-living signature. Foreign work is promised. What it signifies weakly is house 12 alone, permanent settlement. This chart reads as work abroad in chapters, with a return in the far picture.
Why the attempts failed. Both fell inside a sub-period whose lord blocks your 9th house. The attempts were fine. The clock was wrong, and that period ended in June.
The window ahead. From October, your Mercury sub-period signifies 3, 9, and 12 at once, and it favors documented, institutional routes, a hospital recruitment program or a government scheme, over informal agency promises. The strongest stretch runs 14 months.
The family read two failures as a closed door. The chart reads them as a wrong-period problem with a dated correction. Those are very different lives.
Make it sharper
- Separate work abroad from settling abroad. They are different house signatures and the chart can say yes to one and no to the other.
- Name the country or city when you have one. Direction and specific places can be read, and a relocation comparison needs a destination.
- Dated events sharpen everything. A visa interview date, an offer deadline, an expiry date.
