Guide
Use horary mode
Horary reads the chart of the moment you ask, on the principle that the question itself is meaningful. KP horary uses a number from 1 to 249 instead of a clock time.
Pick a number, ask the question
In KP horary, you choose a number between 1 and 249. The number determines the ascendant of the horary chart, which is then read for the houses relevant to your question. The number is not random. KP treats it as a sincere act of intuition.
When horary is the right tool
- You face a real decision and want a verdict, not a forecast.
- You do not know your birth time, so the natal chart cannot be read precisely.
- You want a second opinion on a question your natal chart already answered.
What Lumin checks for you
Lumin runs the v2 horary chart with Moon connectivity. If the Moon does not signify the houses relevant to your question, the chart is considered premature and the prediction is flagged as unreliable. That filter alone catches most of the bad horary readings produced by cheaper systems.
It also runs get_horary_advanced, which checks whether your chosen number sublord independently signifies the query houses. If yes, the number is "self-confirmatory" and confidence is higher. If no, the result is suspect, and Lumin will say so plainly.
