Pre-Verdict Audit Workflow

run_pre_verdict_audit

[Cross-system composite: KP sub-lord boundaries and combustion, Parashari graha yuddha and vargottama; only the boundary flags move the band] Pre-flight integrity check before any final verdict (Pattern E). Reads the KP sub-lord boundary flags ('get_boundary_warnings') and turns ONLY those into a confidence modifier (0 to -20) and band HIGH/MODERATE/LOW, a Lumin convention labelled by 'scoreProvenance': it measures whether a small birth-time error could flip a cuspal sub lord. Also reports, under 'reportedOnly', combustion (KP: gates nothing, a combust planet still gives its results) and graha yuddha and vargottama (Parashari, not KP); none of the three moves the band. Returns '{ flags, confidenceModifier, confidenceBand, scoreProvenance, reportedOnly[], recommendations[], summary }'.
