Weather Channels (rulerships, with the Sapta Nadi fold), per season or window

get_weather_rulerships

The three weather channels, temperature, precipitation and wind/storm, each with its signal, score, band and every signature behind it, read on each chart of a cadence: 'cadence: 'seasons'' reads the four cardinal ingress charts of a year (as get_seasonal_outlook; takes 'year', 'frame'), 'cadence: 'lunations'' one lunation chart per window across a date range (as get_weather_windows; takes 'start_date', 'end_date'). **These channel scores are not the rulership layer alone. They include the Sapta Nadi fold**: the channels start from the Western planet-to-weather rulerships (Llewellyn George, credited by KSK at Reader 2 canon pp.74-75, over Heindel's hot/cold/wet/dry scheme) of the planets on or aspecting the 4th house and the angles, then the Sapta Nadi result is added in (its precipitation score divided by 5; +5 wind/storm on its storm flag; -4 precipitation and +2 temperature on its drought flag; +2 precipitation when the Moon is in a rain nadi), and then the 4th-cusp verdict nudges them (RAIN +4 precipitation; HEAT +4 temperature, -3 precipitation; DRY -4 precipitation). Each contribution is named in the channel's 'signatures' (labels 'Sapta Nadi ...' and 'KP 4th-cusp verdict'), so read those before attributing a score to one tradition. This is exactly what the parents return, unchanged. Returns, for seasons, '{ year, frame, location_label, seasons: [{ season, ingress, ingress_moment_utc, temperature, precipitation, windStorm }], provenance, disclaimer, pagination, pageNote }', each channel '{ signal, score, band, signatures: [{ label, fired, explanation }] }', and for lunations '{ location_label, range, windows: [{ lunation_type, lunation_moment_utc, window_start, window_end, temperature, precipitation, windStorm }], provenance, disclaimer, pagination, pageNote }'; 'provenance' names every layer, because the channels carry three. The 4th-cusp verdict and the Sapta Nadi Chakra on their own are get_weather_csl_fourth and get_sapta_nadi. Not a meteorological forecast; relay the 'disclaimer'. **The rows are paged.** The same blocks get_seasonal_outlook and get_weather_windows return as 'weather.temperature', 'weather.precipitation' and 'weather.windStorm' on each row.
