Sapta Nadi Chakra, per season or window

get_sapta_nadi

The Sapta Nadi Chakra alone, read on each chart of a cadence: 'cadence: 'seasons'' reads the four cardinal ingress charts of a year (as get_seasonal_outlook; takes 'year', 'frame'), 'cadence: 'lunations'' one lunation chart per window across a date range (as get_weather_windows; takes 'start_date', 'end_date'). Not KP: Tantric in origin (the Yamaleeya-Svarodaya), transmitted through Narapati Jayacharya and Krishi-Parashara. Per row: each planet's nadi placement, the occupancy of the seven nadis, the group counts, the Moon's nadi and whether it intensifies rain, the chakra's own precipitation score and band, the storm and drought flags, the rain-duration heuristic and the signatures behind them. Returns, for seasons, '{ year, frame, location_label, seasons: [{ season, ingress, ingress_moment_utc, saptaNadi: { placements, nadis, groupCounts, moon: { nadi, group, intensifiesRain }, precipitationScore, precipitationBand, stormFlag, droughtFlag, rainDuration: { units, descriptor }, signatures } }], provenance, disclaimer, pagination, pageNote }', and for lunations '{ location_label, range, windows: [{ lunation_type, lunation_moment_utc, window_start, window_end, saptaNadi }], provenance, disclaimer, pagination, pageNote }'; 'provenance' is the Sapta Nadi layer's attribution. The parents also fold this result into their channel scores (see get_weather_rulerships). Not a meteorological forecast; relay the 'disclaimer'. **The rows are paged.** The same block get_seasonal_outlook and get_weather_windows return as 'weather.saptaNadi' on each row.
