Multi-Session Ruling Planet Consensus (KP T17)

get_rp_consensus

When a querent asks the same question at multiple distinct moments (different times of day, different days), the significators that appear in every session's fruitful set carry the highest predictive certainty (T17). This tool takes at least 2 session moments and an event and computes the intersection of fruitful significators across sessions. Returns per-session details, ranked consensus list (planet, sessionCount, bestLevel), unanimous and near-unanimous planets, and a verdict: STRONG_UNANIMOUS / STRONG_PARTIAL / MIXED / WEAK.

Parameters

latitude	number	Yes	Birth location latitude. Range: -90 to 90.
longitude	number	Yes	Birth location longitude. Range: -180 to 180.
utc_offset_minutes	number	Yes	UTC offset in minutes (e.g., 330 for IST, -300 for EST).
ayanamsa	enum: kp \| kp_new \| lahiri \| raman \| true_chitra \| khullar	No	Ayanamsa system. Defaults to kp.
sessions	array<object>	No	At least 2 session moments. Each carries its own datetime/offset/lat/lon (the querent may be in different places).
event	event name	No	Event being asked about (default: Marriage).
house_group	array<unknown>	No	Override houses to check (skip event lookup).

Birth data

This tool requires birth data on every call. The MCP server is stateless, so calling set_birth_profile first validates the data and returns the reading plan, but it does not store anything. Repeat the same five fields here.
