Study Abroad (KP Reader 6 canon p.274, Reader 3 canon p.330)

get_foreign_education

Study abroad from the 12th cusp sub lord, the rule KP Reader 6 states verbatim: if the 12th cusp sub lord is a significator of the 3rd, 9th or 12th, one goes abroad; the 9th, where it is deposited or which it signifies, indicates higher studies; the 11th with the 6th together reads a scholarship. Reader 3 separates studies (the 9th) from work abroad (the 6th and 10th, which get_foreign_job_verdict reads). The page's retrograde condition (the sub lord or its star lord retrograde denies) is a HORARY denial; on a natal chart it is reported with gatesVerdict false and carried as a delay signal, and 'horaryReading' says what the page would say. Returns the promise, the higher-studies and scholarship reads with their basis, and a timing note for find_event_timing_v2 on 3, 9, 12. Emits no score.
