CSL Panel (KSK with Khullar and Four Step blocks)
get_csl_panel
[KP extended: KSK's convergence block beside S.P. Khullar's interlink score, the six-level chain with Sunil Gondhalekar's level 5, and cusp boundary sensitivity] CSL (Cuspal Sub Lord) panel (renamed from get_csl_advanced on 2026-10-08), four blocks in one call: (1) 'multiCuspConvergence', each event cusp's sub lord checked independently against the event's houses; (2) 'interlinkEventScore', cuspal interlink event scoring; (3) 'sixLevelMappings[]', the 6-level sub-lord chain (sign→star→sub→sub's sign→sub's star→sub's sub); (4) 'cuspSensitivity', cusps within the threshold (default 10 arc-minutes) of a sub boundary. Returns '{ multiCuspConvergence, interlinkEventScore, sixLevelMappings[], cuspSensitivity, summary, methodSeams[] }'. Only (1) is KSK's rule, applied cusp by cusp, and its STRONG/MODERATE/WEAK ladder is a labelled Lumin convention ('scoreProvenance'), not the promise verdict, which is analyze_natal_promise. Each block is also carried by a tool of its own, named in 'methodSeams': (1) by get_multi_cusp_convergence; (2) is S.P. Khullar's Cuspal Interlink theory, carried under his name by get_cuspal_interlink_score; (3) goes past KSK's sub lord and its level 5 is Gondhalekar's Four Step authority, carried by get_six_level_sublord_chain; (4) is get_boundary_warnings' claim, measured there exactly. All four still ship here.

}Birth data
This tool requires birth data on every call. The MCP server is stateless, so calling set_birth_profile first validates the data and returns the reading plan, but it does not store anything. Repeat the same five fields here.
