Couple Dasha Synchronisation (KP C10)

get_couple_dasha_sync

C10: every period of a week or more when both partners run Mahadasha and Antardasha lords that signify 7 or 11, earliest first, each with its 'confidence' (an engine figure from the overlap length) and rationale; and 'dashaSyncFactor', the DASHA_SYNC row read off those windows (window count plus total overlap days, an engine construction, F006). A shared-timing claim; the promise factors are 'get_couple_csl_factors'. Returns '{ dashaSyncWindows: [{ fromDate, toDate, person1Mahadasha, person1Antardasha, person2Mahadasha, person2Antardasha, confidence, rationale }], dashaSyncFactor: { factor, score, verdict, person1Coverage, person2Coverage, rationale }, individualPrerequisites, prerequisiteNote, bookCitations, framesUsed }'. The same blocks 'get_compatibility_panel' returns as 'dashaSyncWindows' and the sixth row of 'factors'.
